If you’re not happy, email hello@blinkreading.co.uk within 15 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full. You don’t have to give a reason, return the files or fill in a form.

How long it takes

Your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the usual 14-day right to cancel digital content ends once the download starts, if you agreed to that at checkout. Our 15-day guarantee is given in addition, so you can still ask for a refund after downloading. If the files are faulty or not as described, you also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
