This policy explains how DRS Kids Studio Ltd (“we”) collects and uses personal data when you visit this website or buy Blink Reading. We are the controller of that data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Contact: hello@blinkreading.co.uk.

What we collect

Purchase details: your name, email address, country and order details, collected by our payment provider at checkout.
Waiting-list details: your email address, if you join the list.
Usage data: pages viewed, clicks and device information, only if you accept analytics or advertising cookies.
Emails you send us, for example refund requests.

We do not knowingly collect data about children. The material is used by an adult with the child.

Why we use it, and the lawful basis

To deliver your purchase and provide support (contract).
To process refunds and keep accounting records (legal obligation).
To send emails about your purchase and related offers you can unsubscribe from at any time (legitimate interests, or consent where required).
To measure and improve our adverts and website (consent, given through the cookie banner).

Who we share it with

Hotmart, our payment and delivery platform.
Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram advertising), only with your consent.
Google (Tag Manager) and Microsoft (Clarity), only with your consent.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum.

How long we keep it

Your rights
